Hi! I’m glad you’re here! If you’re reading this that means you have already taken the first step to facing the scary and uncomfortable challenges that have brought you here. I strive to create a comfortable, collaborative environment to support healing and meaningful change.
I received my Bachelor of Science from UNC Greensboro and my MSW from East Carolina University. I have over five years of experience working in varying community mental health settings supporting individuals with severe mental illness as well as neurodivergent children and their families.
I enjoy supporting adults and young adults experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, borderline personality disorder, family conflict, life transitions, boundaries, and communication. I incorporate a variety of modalities – DBT, ACT, Gestalt, motivational interviewing, and supportive therapy.
In my free time I enjoy browsing local festivals and markets, traveling, and exploring new coffee shops; as well as being outdoors in the cooler weather with all my favorite People!
