Lauren Fisher, LCSWA
I am a passionate therapist and school social worker with over 4 years of experience supporting teens, adolescents, and young adults as they work toward healing and personal growth while navigating emotional stability and academic stressors. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Elizabeth City State University and a Master of Social Work from North Carolina Central University. I am also certified in Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid.
My clinical work focuses on supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, academic stress, school-related anxiety, and social anxiety. As a school social worker, I bring a strong understanding of the unique challenges students face within educational settings and work collaboratively to help clients build coping skills, emotional regulation, and resilience.
My approach is strengths-based, client-centered, and rooted in empowerment. I strive to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel heard, supported, and equipped to overcome obstacles and build confidence in themselves. I am deeply passionate about helping youth and young adults develop the tools they need to thrive emotionally, academically, and socially, and I am committed to fostering meaningful and lasting change in the lives of those I serve.
