Ashley Aubas, LCSWA
I am a dedicated and compassionate client-centered therapist who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for healing and growth. With a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s in Education from Coppin State University, I specialize in working with individuals and families; helping them navigate challenges related to anxiety, domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, child abuse and neglect, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and strengths-based approaches to create personalized treatment plans that foster healing and personal growth.
Therapy does not mean something is “wrong” with you, it means you’re choosing yourself. I work with clients who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or disconnected and are ready to better understand themselves and their patterns.
I believe in meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively to develop practical skills, insight, and resilience. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, supported, and confident in their journey toward emotional well-being.
In my free time I enjoy shopping, traveling, watching football and hanging with family and friends
